BookWright reminded us a great deal of Photoshop or InDesign, so if you’ve used those programs before, you may find the added controls familiar. On the other hand, BookWright, the downloadable software, offers a huge range of design options, including layouts and fonts, with very little glitching (but still no spell-check). We also experienced major glitches with captions we couldn’t paste text into the box without receiving an error message, which was especially frustrating because Bookify does not offer spell-check.
